Chris Brown Could Be Facing Battery Charges for Frank Ocean Brawl!

This is a mess! Frank Ocean didn’t even press any charges against Chris Brown for this supposed brawl lol! Yet they are trying to find every way possible to bury this young man. It is unbelievable really. How is a case closed but then reopened by someone other than the supposed victim? It is crazy how things happen like this.

Chris Brown is under criminal battery investigation … TMZ has learned.

Remember that brawl between Chris and Frank Ocean last January outside a recording studio?  Law enforcement told us shortly after the incident the case was closed, but we found out that’s not the case.

We’ve learned the L.A. County D.A.’s Office has an active file and is deciding whether to prosecute Brown for battery.

It’s interesting … because Ocean never formally pressed charges.  Nonetheless … the case is under review.

It’s possible the Brown/Ocean incident could come up today at Brown’s probation review hearing.  Brown is supposed to be in court, and the judge could raise the issue because Chris was ordered to obey all laws.

BTW … Brown is also being investigated for an alleged hit-and-run.
