Chris Brown’s Father Says Relationship with Rihanna will End Tragically?

Clinton Brown spoke exclusively to the New York Daily News in reference to his son’s relationship with Rihanna. He explained in the article that he would prefer his son not to be with the bajan beauty. Brown is quoted saying ” I personally really didn’t want him and Rihanna back together”.

Clinton Brown, 48 left Chris to be raised alone by his mother at the age of six. He goes onto to say about their relationship “You have to have a balance in a relationship. You have to have someone who is spontaneous and whimsical but you also have to have someone who is grounded and logical.” Why in the hell would his father go to the newspaper to express concern for his son? Why wouldn’t he speak personally to him?

I thought this was classless of his father to do. He is already trying to clean up his image from the 2009 incident with RIhanna and now his own father doesn’t support. Apparently from the way the New York Daily News described his living conditions Chris isn’t taking care of him. They called his home a “modest” bungalow. Ha! Chris is really not going to upgrade you now since you did this article. I know I sure as hell wouldn’t.

He had the nerve to compare his son to other artist with drug and alcohol addictions saying this could end badly. “I hate to use examples, but Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse — I mean I could go on and on!

I can’t stand when father’s want to be father’s when their children are a success. It’s like now that my mother raised. supported, and loved me to be who I am you want to state your opinion. His opinion was null and void when he left Chris when he was six. He should be ashamed of himself by even calling the media to be in the damn newspaper. If you want to be a father to your son try spending time with him not a reporter.
