Fat Girl Tries the Khloe Kardashian Diet for 7 Days

Day 7:

I woke up feeling bad and beyond tired. I started my period and it took me all the way out this morning. Instead of being upset with myself I just made it work. I drank my pre workout drink and did my exercise. Despite me not feeling my best I still stayed focused on the diet and the program.

I started to feel a little better after dinner and went for a casual stroll to burn a few more calories. I find that light exercise is just as effective as high impacted as you’re forcing your body to condition to being more active. There is nothing wrong with taking the steps to build endurance. Endurance equals strength and better health.

Day 7 Takeaways and Final Thoughts:

Overall I thought the diet was really dope. I loved the routine of it all and the great attention it pays to amount of food you eat/drink. I also loved how it felt like I wasn’t hungry throughout the day. My work environment also made it easier as they typically make good food choices.

Observing this diet at home wasn’t hard either. Long as you are prepared. Meal prepping and having all items you need to sustain is crucial to your success. You may need to make some adjustments in the diet to meet the requirements as far as cost. Buying fresh seafood can be costly. To cut cost I brought good quality frozen seafood.

This way I could get more for my money and maintain the diet. The same for fresh vegetables. Asparagus, broccoli, etc can be costly fresh. Also can parish if not used right away. You can mix the fresh elements with some frozen kind. It will be a huge cost savings and help the food last longer.

Did I lose any weight? Actually I did. With diet and exercise I lost a total of 7 pounds. The diet does work and I will be doing it again. However, I don’t see this diet as a lifetsyle replacement. I see this as being a jumpstart into your weightloss journey.

I don’t see this as anything other than that because people can be bored with eating the same food everyday. You will eventually eat something you’re not supposed to. This diet is useful to clean up your system and reintroduce good quality foods back into your diet.

I will be implementing those seven meals a day in my diet as it gives you the ability to add more vegetables into your diet. Remain full on the right foods for the day. I recommend trying the diet. Don’t try it without seeing your doctor first as you want to be safe with what you put in your body or even take away.
