Fat Girl Tries the Khloe Kardashian Diet for 7 Days

Day 2:

I woke up at 4:30 am, but last night was horrific. I got peppermint oil in my eye and it was swollen. Let’s just say the morning started like shit. I drank my pre workout smoothie and then got dressed for a walk.

As I go downstairs to walk out of my home, I realize my headphones were completely dead. Which is not ideal when you need your music to motivate you through your workout. I was not happy about the time wasted charging my beats but I was able to complete the work out.

This workout took me 35 minutes including my cool down.

After I walked 2 miles and I returned home to shower. When I arrived to work and I repeated my post workout meal of oatmeal/chia seeds. I continued the the same meals throughout the day as yesterday. Unfortunately, I missed my mid afternoon snack due to meeting obligations.

I still wasn’t hungry after missing it due to the water. I honestly believe if Khloe wasn’t drinking the gallon of water hardcore that this bitch would be hungry as fuck. Anyhow I returned home and prepared tuna steak with asparagus over bed of grilled onions.

After dinner, I drank another glass of water and went to bed.

Takeaways from Day 2:

I still feel good and full of energy. I don’t feel hangry and I don’t feel like giving up yet. If I can lose 3 pounds that would be amazing. I ended the day with 5 meals and a gallon of water.
