Ginuwine Responds to Divorce Rumors!

It is no secret that Ginuwine and rapper Sole have martial issues. Last year Ginuwine posted a photo on Instagram of a pile of money insinuating that their daughter was a stripper. Sole then responded stating Ginuwine had an alcohol abuse problem while taking up for their daughter.

His response via Instagram to divorce rumors:

I need to address yesterday’s rumor because it is not totally accurate and I don’t want my wife being made out to be the bad guy here. We are NOT yet divorced, but we ARE currently separated and working towards coming to our own agreement, without lawyers, to amicably and fairly divorce. We’ve kept it quiet because it is really no ones business but ours and our family’s. Therefore, reports that she left me “broke” are untrue. She has been a good wife and mother and my poor choices and actions over many years have lead to this. I am on a path of becoming a better man and part of that is taking responsibility for my own choices and behavior in life, so that’s what I’m doing by releasing this statement. I thank everyone who has been there for us through these trying times. You are appreciated. God bless

I guess things have become worse since then because now they are separated. Ginuwine takes full responsibility for the state of his marriage and plans to rebuild it. I think it took a lot of guts for him to take on the blame publicly. I know there is more work to be done but these two have been together for over ten years I hope they can work this out.

The singer also quoted his own song “None your business” in his response to the media. That’s funny because the two met on the set of that video.

I am feeling super old right now being that “Who Dat” by J.T. Money and Sole will be 20 Years old in five years!!!! 1999 Gosh!
