Janelle Monae I’m Not for Male Consumption!

Janelle Monae is the pure example of Art in motion.
The Wondaland musician was approached by a twitter follower in regards to her style of dress. He urged her that she should dress sexier instead of wearing those dumb ass suits!

Well the Electric Lady had the perfect response to his ignorant comments.

I’ve always respected her as an artist and her creativity. If he saw passed her body he would know that she wears the suit to symbolize where she came from.

Monae explained in an interview that her mother was a housekeeper and that her suits resemble her old uniform. It is a way to remind herself and stay humble. Although I thought she looked dope it just made her style that more special.
