Ciara’s new joint “I Bet” is a good jam and Jermaine Dupri is saying it’s a total rip off!

Jermaine Dupri spoke to the Associate Press about Ciara’s new record I Bet.

Ciara’s new single is a complete rip-off of Usher’s ‘U Got It Bad.
