KANDI BURRUSS: SUPPORTS PORSHA DURING HER DIVORCE

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss had an interview with USA Today in reference to the divorce news of fellow cast mate Porsha Stewart. Although we have seen the drama unfold between the two of them Burruss says she is in complete support of her in this emotional time.

“Of course, I reached out to her. I sent her a text. Well, I called her, but her phone went to voice mail and I assumed that that would happen, because I’m sure everyone and their mama was calling her yesterday,” Burruss says. “I just wanted to let her know that my heart does go out to her and I hate that she’s going through this. It’s especially hard to go through something so major in your life with all the eyes on you. I just wanted her to know that I do have her in my prayers and she has my full support.”

Burruss is expecting to be married to fiance’ Todd Tucker 2014. Kandi also added although she is here for her she doesn’t have any advice because she has never been married or divorced.

“I’ve never been married, I’ve never been divorced, so I wouldn’t think that I would be the one to come to for advice on something like this,” she says with a laugh. “I just wish her the best.”

When asked if she knew a divorce was coming from watching their marriage Burruss commented

“I don’t know. I wasn’t with them day-to-day, so I have nothing to say about it.”

Divorce is hard I am sure you don’t have to be married or divorce to understand that the change can bring pain to the parties involved. I hope she can work through this and come out better than she was before.
