Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Divorce Hearing is Set for May 6th!

Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian are finally geting a divorce. After being married for 72 days and being separated for over a year the date for the hearing has been set for May 6th. Humphries has filed against an annulment citing he was defrauded into marraige by Kardashian. They have even released a witness list according to media outlet http://uk.eonline.com/.

Kardashian has listed her mother Kris Jenner and Farnaz Farajam as a witness at this point. Jenner will be question about the marriage for 20 minutes. While Kim will be question for 4 hours and Humphries for 3. Humphries list of witness are a lot longer than Kim’s. He has listed their wedding planner, some of the shows  producers, and  Will.I.Am. When I saw Will.I.Am I was like huh?! I guess the Hump needs all the witnesses he can get.

Humphries will be presenting these items to help his case for the trial on May 6th

• An email containing information regarding the payment of the Kardashian’s engagement ring
• Emails from August 2011 between Kris and Kim
•  A Sept. 7, 2011, email from Bunim Murray’s Russell Jay about story ideas
• A Nov. 7, 2011, email exchange between Kardashian and her mom
• Evidence, according to the documents, of a “mysterious fund transfer” of $100,000 to KKLOVE,   LLC from an off-shore account
• Their wedding budget from Robin Holt
• Kardashian’s current income statement; a rental agreement
• The couple’s prenuptial agreement and a transcript of the prenuptial signings
• The People magazine contract for their wedding pictures

Kim was hoping that she would be divorced before her first child with hip hop superstar Kanye West was born. Kardashian states she is due in July although their has been media speculation that she is actually due in mid June. Either way I am sure all this stress isn’t good for the child. Humphries is a lame to drag this out so long. She has moved on why not move on with your life instead of trying to “Keep up with a Kardashian“. Focus on basketball and give this woman a divorce.

Their lawyers will try to settle the divorce this Friday April 12th before the May 6th trial.
