Memphitz Claims K. Michelle Is Liar After Suit Loss!

Memphitz took to his instagram a few days ago to prove that he was indeed innocent of the alleged acts K. Michelle claimed on the hit reality tv show Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. 

K. Michelle claimed that she had text messages from Memphitz to prove that he threatened to kill her son. After these claims were made Memphitz went to his lawyers and filed a lawsuit against K. Michelle/Viacom for defamation. The suit carried on for two years and left Memphitz with a loss.

He has taken issue with the final decision of the courts due to K. Michelle not being able to provide evidence of her claims. Memphitz then posted several videos of her deposition via instagram to prove her inconsistency within the case.

In her deposition K. Michelle admits that she does not have any text messages because she ” has a life.”

There are some holes in this story. I don’t know how these claims weren’t taken into consideration when the final decision was made. Then again we live in a world where people woman or man can make a claim and it is considered true.

I am not sure what Memphitz’s next move will be but this is a sad story. Currently he is separated from his wife Antonia Carter-Wright and she has penned a book to account their now broken marriage.
