Remy Ma is Coming Home and The Shade Has Started!

Remy Ma has just been released from prison after a 6 year stint. The Bronx rapper had a vibrate career prior to the her arrest back in 2007 for the shooting of Makeda Barnes.

Instagram and other social media outlets have gone crazy over the last 30 days in excitement over her release. The hip hop community has reached out in droves by providing 15 second messages of well wishes. Some of these messages are from big names such as Busta Rhymes, Keyshia Cole, and Lil Mo.

Although they can not wait for her to come home others may feel differently. New Jersey rapper Lady Luck took to her Instagram with this clear subliminal photo towards former Terror Squad’s first lady:

Is someone still upset about the Fight Klub days? I would be a little salty too if I lost to Remy Ma twice. I watched both and it was a dope battle and I’m sure it was tough for the judges to chose a winner. The result of both battles was Remy Ma taking the cash and bragging rights.

In case you forgot who Lady Luck was let me put you on. She was signed to Def Jam as a teenager back in the early 2000’s and had several mainstream features such as this one:

I was surprised to see this photo on her IG due to a 2010 interview in which she told Star and Buckwild that she was over the loss and felt she won.

“Shout out to Remy Ma because we over this shit, hopefully. But I knew I won the battle and so did a lot of other people at first, but when it started to blow up a lot of ni**a’s jumped ship.”
