Rihanna had a stalker creeping around on her roof TMZ reports. The bajan beauty filed a restraining order against Robert Melanson for walking on her roof. The stalker was then charged with criminal trespassing.

Melanson is said to have pled no contest to the trespassing charge. Yet his punishment is light. He only received six days of jail time, three years of probation, 344.00 in fines, and one year of mental health treatment.

To be at home and hear someone walking on your damn roof is nuts. Why was he up there? That would freak me a out a little to be somewhere these fools are able to come into my yard and clim on my roof. I hope Rihanna has built some sort of gate or wall around her house so the damn crazies can’t get in.
