Sex 101: Teacher Is Charged with Sexual Assault of a Minor
27 year-old substitute teacher Rene Frank of Clayton County GA is now being charged with sexual assault of a person in school. Frank is currently awaiting trial and being held without bail according to public records of Clayton County Courts. The victim’s father was aware that Frank was employed by Charles Drew High School and requested that her son be transported to school in her care.During these rides to school Frank and the student began a sexual relationship. Frank admitted to police officials that she was having sex with the minor in her car off school premises.
Teacher and student relationships have always raised social consciousness. Mary Kay Letourneau’s case in 1997 is a prime example of inappropriate student and teacher relations. Letourneau was an elementary school teacher who began a sexual relationship with Vili Fualaau who was only a 12 year-old boy. This relationship caused an uproar in the school system and she got seven years imprisonment. It was seven years wasted because she got out of jail married Fualaau and had two children with him. In her heart her real punishment was that she has to register as a level 2 sex offender wherever she goes.
I have no idea what is going on in the world today where women with obvious sickness can be around people’s children. Hearing these stories makes you feel like you should have your child home schooled. At least then you can control the weirdo’s from influencing your child into sexual encounters. Lastly Frank’s case is under full investigation she is now claiming that she is pregnant with twins and the student is the father of the unborn children. Frank cases is scheduled to appear in court June 21,2011.
