Sexy Champagne Mango Daiquiri with Strawberry Syrup (Recipe and Photos)
My husband and I were craving an alcoholic drink that was sexy, lush, and fresh to accompany last night’s steak dinner. So I made the most delicious Champagne Mango Daiquiri with Strawberry syrup. This drink was not only fresh but it was seductive.

Champagne and frozen mango is not only the perfect combination but one of my favorites. I always keep frozen fruit in the house whether it be mixed berries, pineapples, and strawberries. I love them for making drinks and to eat on their own after defrosting. Anyway let me tell you how I make it.
This is what you will need:
-
Blender
-
Ice
-
Frozen Mango
-
Champagne or Sparkling Wine of Your Choice (I used Blue Nun Sparkling Gold Edition)
-
Whiskey
-
Homemade Strawberry Syrup (You can always buy in a jar as well)
-
Tumbler Glass
What you will need to do first is thaw the mango so the consistency can be a firm soft one. You want the mango to hold some of it’s frozen integrity so when it is blended you will get that mango texture through out the drink. In the blender add the frozen mangos halfway, about 8 cubes of ice, a splash of whiskey, and pour the bottle of champagne to slightly cover the ice. Now when blending pulse a few times.
You don’t want the champagne to react and explode out of the blender. Once it is incorporated through the pulse option it will blend smoothly on the puree option.
Now if you don’t want to add alcohol you can subsitute the Champagne for club soda and leave out the whiskey. The drink will still be equally delicious you just won’t exprience the wonders of being tipsy. This drink will not get you drunk after one but if you add a shot of whiskey on the side the party will get started a tad bit quicker. I suggest William Lawson. William Lawson whiskey is smooth and you don’t have a headache in the morning. Yes a good time with no side effects. If only they made most men that way lol! Score Bitches!
After you have your drink at the thickness you desire, take a tumbler glass and pour a small amount of strawberry syrup inside. Then roll the glass until the sides are evenly coated. You can make your own cool swirly design while spinning the glass.
Now that you have your glass coated with strawberry syrup pour desired amount of Mango Champagne Daiquiri inside the tumbler glass. While pouring you will see the bright mango color being slightly mixed with the strawberry syrup. Then top it off with more Champagne! It’s a celebration after all. We should always celebrate a good meal. So what if you do it everyday it’s always cocktail time in my mind. It’s five o’clock somewhere right?
If you want to garnish you can use a piece of mint to place on the side. Pop in a straw and enjoy. This drink is definitely something you can make for a chilling on the porch, the table, or the couch. The taste will make you feel like you should be on an island somewhere. It is wonderful and a must try. Cheers Bitches!
