Tameka Raymond Vs Usher Raymond Custody Hearing Today!

Tameka Raymond has sought out for an emergency custody hearing.

Usher V was swimming at his dad’s house being watched by his aunt, but when he swam to the bottom of the pool his arm got caught in the drain. Usher V nearly drowned trying to get his action figure. His aunt tried to free the boy but was unable to. Then two workers who were doing construction on Usher’s house jumped in the pool and save the boy’s life.

Soon as this happened Tameka calls her lawyer and requested an Emergency Hearing to receive full custody of the children. I placed this story on my Facebook page and was surprised by how many parents agreed with her course of action. Most of them citied that her actions are justified due to her losing her son Kile during a jet ski accident last year.

When this incident happened she was watching her own kid. So does that make her an unfit mother because it happened? No, because it was an accident just like what happened to Usher V. I am not mother yet but I know I would’ve left my child side until he was better and would’ve been worried about a lawyer. My concern would have been is quality of life due to be submerged in water.

I would be trying to fly the best doctor in to help my son and not making it about his father. Her priorities are jacked to me. She has been trying to find away to make Usher appear unfit as a parent since she lost full custody of her children last year. The reason why she lost them was because she lied to the court stating Usher was doing drugs in front the children.

My take is she is still mad about him cheating on her and using her children to ruin in his life. I think she needs to seek counsel in reference to her unresolved feelings. I can’t say I understand losing a child but it is more than that at this point. Proving Usher was a bad husband is easy but it seems that the courts believe that he is a good father.

I just wish she would stop taking opportunities to make Usher look bad as a dad when apparently he is doing a great job. From where I stand in no way does this accident that could have happened to anyone is a sure factor of him being a bad parent. I just wish she would stop making it about him and make it about her children.

Tameka and Usher will be in court August 9th at 2pm.
