Update: Memphitz Lawsuit Against K.Michelle, Mona Scott, and VH1

Well K.Michelle has hired a lawyer named Matt Middleton and can’t wait for her day in court to tell her story. Sources are saying she isn’t worried about the suit at all. According to TMZ she said “I’ve always been told that the truth shall set you free. I stand behind my story 100 percent. I came to ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ show mainly because I wanted to give a voice and bring light to a very serious issue.”

Also Memphitz has publicly admitting to restraining her but he says he didn’t beat her. The blogs are saying allegedly this is a publicity stunt so he can appear to fight these allegations against him. He will have a hard time getting any money from Michelle being that she never said his name on the show and he assumed the identity of her unnamed accuser. I know if this goes to court she states she has proof of the abuse this will be interesting to see.
