Zimmerman is in Hiding Since “Not Guilty” Verdict!

This doesn’t surprise me at all that he is in hiding due to a lot of people including myself who feel justice wasn’t served from the Trayvon Martin trial.

George Zimmerman’s lawyers were on ABC’s The View yesterday talking about the Trayvon Martin case and the state of their client.  Mark O’Mara told the ladies of The View:

 “He’s in hiding. I don’t think he ever walks the street again without thinking the person walking at him, or behind him, has the anger that we now see in some of the tweets … there is so much emotion attached to this case.”

Of course there is high emotions attached to the case! Only a hand full of people think he is a hero. These people are mostly racist and just plain dumb to recognize a clear crime. It was an out pour of comments and concerns from people of all walks of life who knew Trayvon Martin was hunted and killed. I’ve watched so many news programs where the people of America where surprised at the judicial system in FL.

Trayvon Martin Do You Think Justice Was Served?

The Stand Your Ground Law needs to be revisited and revised. It leaves an open door for people to just kill and say I did it because I was scared. I feel horrible for the Martin Family and all who are affiliated. This is a real tragedy in the African American community. Too many black teens are dying in Florida for no reason. All I can do is continue to pray for my people in FL and hope that they stay safe in that war zone.

Situations like this keep you in fear of having your children. I am not a mother yet but when I do decide and I have a son should I send him outside with head gear and a bullet proof vest wearing a suit? Also tell him don’t walk like your lost for sake of not looking suspicious? African Americans we need to take a stand, be positive, and write the new rules.

We need a Magna Carta because we are dropping like flies!
